All Fan Fiction amounts to is a "what if" story about any of your favorite characters from any anime, cartoon, tv show, book, etc.
If someone wants to make a story about Naruto and Sasuke being gay then hey, whatever floats your boat.
But remember this... It is only fiction so none of it actually applies to the actual plot of whatever source it came from.
